| EMS – Engineering Maintenance Services was established in 1986. It is a privately owned company run under the leadership and guidance of its owner D M Elliott from its base in London EC1 and our branch office in East Anglia (Norwich). The company has a solid foundation in the Building Services Maintenance Industry with a wide portfolio of clients within both the private and public sector.
As a result of client/customer demand EMS branched into Refurbishment and Project Work and our Mechanical Contract Division was established in 1996 under its own manager utilising dedicated engineers for contract work. |
At the same time our Air Conditioning Department was established to provide maintenance, installation and repair service for Air Conditioning Systems. This department is under the control of its own dedicated manager. The establishment of our Air Conditioning Section enabled EMS to branch further into full Building Services Maintenance.
EMS has gained a wealth of experience over the past 20 years providing a service to Local Authorities, Municipal Buildings, Student Resident Accommodation, Housing Associations, Offices and Hostels. |
