| Engineering Maintenance Services provide planned maintenance services tailored to meet client’s individual requirements for all heating, air conditioning, ventilation, plumbing and facilities services. This service involves regular visits by our engineers and specialist sub-contractors to carry out scheduled maintenance procedures to clients specifications or to the specifications laid down by the HVCA.
All works are carried out by mobile services engineers, or on manned sites resident maintenance staff being supported by specialist sub contractors. |
EMS offers a 24-hour call-out service to cover unforeseen breakdowns and emergencies. Calls during normal working hours are directed to our customer focussed helpdesk where they are logged and assigned to a dedicated engineer for response within specified time limits. Calls outside of normal working hours are automatically transferred to our duty manager and not a call centre or bureau. | |
